GUITAR PULL MARCH 29TH 2026

MEET THE ARTISTS

  • JOHN MORGAN

John Morgan may have earned a reputation for writing “Sad Boy Country” songs, but with the release of his debut EP Remember Us?, John proves there’s a lot more in his creative arsenal than heartbreak anthems. With a distinctive voice that echoes both his bluegrass roots and his appreciation for stone-cold country, John has quickly earned a reputation as a songwriter of considerable depth and a riveting performer who knows how to command a stage.

But John’s real strength lies in his authenticity. His songs are easily relatable slices of life, and he delivers them in a straightforward manner that makes it feel like you want to grab a beer with him after the show. It’s that combination of unassuming intellect and earnest country boy charm that is connecting with country fans.

And, he does just that on Remember Us? He co-wrote all six songs on the EP, including the previously released party anthem “Friends Like That,” which has already earned over 12.5 million on demand streams and become a crowd favorite during John’s opening sets for Ernest, Riley Green, Jameson Rodgers, Conner Smith, Rodney Atkins and Jason Aldean, who he joined on his sold out Rock N Roll Cowboy tour.

  • MCKENZIE CARPENTER

Hailing from the small town of Hull, GA, Mackenzie Carpenter is the spunky blonde girl-next-door who fell in love with music as a kid, writing alongside her brothers and singing in church. Years later, the charming singer-songwriter has used her pure, classic Country voice to write and sing her truth, armed with an undeniable knack for penning songs that deeply resonate with listeners time and time again. With an upbringing consisting of a rowdy support system, back porch hootenannies and juicy drama, the warm and authentic Carpenter also embraces the crazy and sometimes humorous aspects that make life more interesting. She kickstarted her career as a songwriter for Lily Rose’s 2021 No. 1hit “Villain,” and has since co-written songs including Top 15 single “I’m Not Pretty” and new fan-favorite tracks “Indifferent” and “28th of June” with breakout star Megan Moroney all while starting her own career as an artist. Since signing her record deal with The Valory Music Co. in 2022, Mackenzie has been named to MusicRow Magazine’s ‘Next Big Thing’ Artists Class Of 2025, Spotify’s Hot Country 2024 Artists To Watch, CMT’s Next Women of Country class of 2023 and Nashville Briefing’s Artists To Watch 2023. She has opened for talents like Miranda Lambert, Megan Moroney, Jake Owen, Parker McCollum, Craig Campbell and Ryan Hurd. Last year, the young star released the “cathartic and empowering” (All Country News) track “Sound Of A Heartbreak,” “Only Girl,” which “feels destined to be a wedding dance staple” (Billboard), and “irresistibly catchy” (Holler) “Boots On.” Her highly anticipated debut album, HEY COUNTRY QUEEN, is out now and gives fans a deeper view of her multi-dimensional talents while paying homage to the beloved Country Queens that paved the way for her to speak her mind, write her truth and have some fun along the way.

  • JACKSON DEAN

One of Nashville’s most intriguing artists with his strong gravel-toned vocals, wayward spirit, intentional songwriting and overall mystique, the fast-rising singer/songwriter Jackson Dean has earned a reputation for his impressive live show and thought-provoking, lyric-driven music. The young talent burst on the scene in 2022 with his atmospheric, musically-forward debut album Greenbroke that featured his PLATINUM debut single, “Don’t Come Lookin’,” which cemented Jackson as the youngest solo male Country artist to reach the top of the charts with a debut, and his GOLD certified follow up single “Fearless (The Echo).” His live show stand out and current single “Heavens To Betsy marked the lead track from his “..near-perfect follow-up” (American Songwriter) sophomore album On The Back Of My Dreams, released last fall via Big Machine Records. The textured, experiential body of work is built on transcendental, swelling songs and Dean’s bone-shaking vocal performance, delivered with striking swagger. The demand for Jackson skyrocketed after landing a coveted spot on artist to watch lists by Pandora, Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon, and CMT, as well as an ACM New Male Artist of the Year nomination in 2023. A vocalist who truly thrives on stage (as evident in his Live At The Ryman album), the Maryland native has leaned hard into touring, building a passionate fanbase that connects on a deeper level –  both on his headlining runs and as support for superstars including Toby Keith, Blake Shelton, Miranda Lambert, Lainey Wilson, Eric Church, Luke Bryan, Brantley Gilbert, Kane Brown, Brooks & Dunn, Lee Brice, HARDY and Brothers Osborne. Ever evolving and expanding into new territory both sonically and lyrically, Dean will release the sultry surrender “Be Your Man” on May 9 and is currently on his headlining On The Back Of My Dreams Tour internationally.
